Your library stays on your iPhone

Sort N’ Keep is made by Martin Preus, Preus Studio, Denmark. The app does not upload your photos, videos, photo identifiers or review history to us. It has no advertising, tracking, analytics service or developer-operated photo server.

Photos access and iCloud

The app asks for read/write Photos access after you choose it. Limited access is supported. It reads permitted photo/video metadata and previews to display your library. Network access for an iCloud preview requires your action. Apple operates iCloud under its own account settings and privacy terms.

Local review information

Choices, positions, named reviews, the free deletion allowance and a deletion journal/receipt are saved locally with SwiftData. No photo/video originals are stored in that review database. The journal prevents automatic retries after an uncertain operation. Device/system backups are governed by your Apple settings.

Deletion and exported files

You explicitly select and confirm deletion; Apple Photos then handles it. iCloud Photos deletion can affect other devices. Review exports contain item identifiers and choices, not media originals, and are shared only where you choose through the system. Protect exported files. Clearing local review data does not delete your Photos library, cancel subscriptions or reset the free allowance.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. StoreKit verifies purchase transactions and the app uses that status to grant Pro. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may process purchase/account information under its own privacy policy.

Support

If you email us, we receive your message and the contact information you send so we can answer. Do not include private photos, videos, passwords or payment details. Ask us to remove support correspondence when it is no longer needed, subject to any necessary record retention.
